What BearForge provides

  • Preliminary guidance for ADU, additions, new housing, subdivision, and related building workflows.
  • Membership access controls usage and available workflows.

Verification boundaries

  • Without verified jurisdiction, parcel, zoning, and source data, BearForge must not present final feasibility.
  • BearForge does not claim permit-ready output until required verification gates are completed.

Locked output gates

  • PDF / DWG / DXF / SVG formal exports remain disabled unless explicitly enabled by BearForge.
  • Verified zoning, final setbacks, and permit-ready claims remain disabled unless verified.

Customer responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate property information.
  • Final plans and filings require verified jurisdiction data and professional review.

Enterprise / team use

Enterprise access may include custom onboarding, team workflows, and higher usage, but still follows the same verification boundaries.

Final zoning, code, permit, design, and construction decisions must always be verified with the applicable jurisdiction and licensed professionals.
