When BearForge plan generation goes live, plans will be priced per living sqft of the dwelling. Quoted below for transparency only.

Architecture Plan

What every plan reserves

BearForge produces preliminary, candidate-level guidance only. Outputs are not signed by a licensed engineer or architect. PDF / DWG / DXF / SVG export is locked. Permit-ready, final-setback, and verified-zoning gates remain closed in this round, regardless of plan.

Final zoning, code, permit, design, and construction decisions must always be verified with the applicable jurisdiction and licensed professionals.
